Wow, it's been almost a year since my last post. I'm sorry everyone! I'm not the most communicative or prolific of people.
Just to let you all know, I will be moving down to OK, hopefully my last move ever. I have two and a half weeks to pack, move and prep for Traveler's Cross Faire. Eventually, I'll have something pretty to post as my supplies will not be in storage.

Home again!
Back from 'Faire. Happily everything I took with me, except four pieces, sold. The lady running the booth told me, that I'd no sooner put them down, walked next door and two of them sold immediately. I also made a deal with a friend who braids hair to make my barretts. So, now I need to get my butt in gear and get some done for Spirit of Magic in two weeks. If anyone is down in Strang, Ok, stop by the Steel Serenity booth and say hi!
Off to the 'Faire
This weekend we will be heading to Fayetteville, AR for our first 'Faire of the season. I will be vending out of the Steel Serenity booth and also be performing for the first time. I'm so excited! I can't wait for Friday. Leaving immediately after work.
And I am so excited that my paragraph is disjointed. :D
Back to School!
So I finally found something that would be good for me to study. I recently signed up for an online Jewelry Design and Repair (Jewelry Repair Technician) course at Penn Foster. Lesson One part 1, Learning and Study, is done. Now I need to take the exam and send it in. Think I will do that tomorrow night. May not be the most in demand job ever, but, maybe it will help me with my jewelry designs and such. :squee:
Now I'm waiting on the first set of physical study materials to get here. That and my order from wire-sculpture. *sigh*
I really need to start getting some stock for our first Faire of the year. April 21-22 down in Fayetteville, AR
Devious Journal Entry
Got my colors in and finally posted a pic. :squee: I've been playing around with the colors. May add something soon. That 18 gauge is a bit harder to braid with than the 20 gauge, but, I already had a customer who wanted that size and was more than happy with what I made. Guess I'm a tad picky with my work. :D Now need to work on some different designs for the weaving and braiding.
Really need to start getting some stock done up for 'Faire season, it will be starting way too soon. This year I hope to go to other regional faires and not just the one locally. Working with an entertainment group to learn sword work and using a whip. Will eventu
